CLASS SCHEDULE

Group Classes

Our group classes will begin with a warm-up followed by a skill / strength segment, our workout of the day, and a cool-down. Classes will begin promptly at the designated start time and will be 1 hour long. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to sign in and meet your coach. Drop-ins are welcome.
