My interest and passion for physical fitness began in high school. I discovered CrossFit at the end of my senior year and I was hooked. I then went on to obtain a bachelors degree in health and human performance, which led me to the Athletic Training program at Middle Tennessee State University. There I served as an athletic training student for division I football and track & field. It wasn't long before I realized that I enjoyed the strength and conditioning aspect of training more than anything else. Combine my passion for fitness and the business knowledge I had acquired, and what you get is CrossFit Engage. Here I am able to use my knowledge in preventative care and strength & conditioning to forge elite fitness. I am living the dream and loving every second of it. The members of my gym and my staff are my family and CrossFit Engage is my home.

I have always had a passion for fitness beginning at a young age. In high school I played basketball, soccer, golf, and ran track & field. I was then fortunate enough to get a track scholarship to Bethel University where I competed in decathlon for four years. After college I was looking to stay active and still keep a piece of that competitive side with me. This is when I was introduced to CrossFit. Since then my passion has only increased. Here at CrossFit Engage, I am able to use my previous knowledge from multiple sports, as well as constant learning and training through CrossFit courses to help provide the best service possible for our members. We are all a family! Getting better and more fit every day is our goal!
