CROSSFIT CLASSES

CrossFit is defined as “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, our practical application is to prepare you for life outside of the gym.

 

We have professional coaches who care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals.  CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced, and once you try it, you will wish you would’ve started years ago!  Who knows, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you will receive a tailored program specifically for your current fitness level, and a coach to guide you every step of the way.  

 

For MAXIMUM results we recommend that you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes.

NUTRITION COACHING

Not having a nutrition plan is like building your house on wet sand.  To achieve the best results and live life at your healthiest, you must have a solid foundation.  To help you understand how to live your healthiest life, we offer personalized Nutrition Coaching services.

STRONG

For our members who love the barbell.  This class is specifically designed to improve olympic lifting by focusing on strength, power, speed, and technique in squats, deadlifts, and presses.  Often referred to as “my favorite class”, it has a very limited availability so that our coaches can give that 1-on-1 feel to its participants.
