Program Description
L.I.F.E. stands for “Longevity In Functional Efficiency” and our belief is that it’s never too late to move better and feel stronger. We use fundamental CrossFit training to improve both the quality and quantity of your life.
As we age our needs only differ by degree. Like in our regular classes, L.I.F.E. gently offers safe and effective workouts that will meet you where you are at and carry you to more than you thought you were capable of. We want you to go golfing, play with your grandkids, or work in the garden. This is how you can do that better.
No intro class required - just show up and take your L.I.F.E. back at CrossFit Engage.
